		<title>STIFF PAP RECIPE</title>

1 litre (4 cups) water<br />

240g (2 cups) ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL <br />
30ml (2 tablespoons) margarine, optional can mix it up with cheese or whatever your taste buds fancy <br />
<br />
Method:<br />
1. Bring water to a boil, add salt. <br />
2. Gradually stir in ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL, cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for about 20 minutes until cooked through. <br />
3. Mix in margarine, if using, stir well until stiff and cooked through.<br />

		<title>CREAMY PAP SERVED WITH BRAISED CHICKEN LIVERS</title>

Creamy Pap:<br />
500ml (2 cups) water<br />
3ml (½ teaspoon) salt <br />
3ml (½ teaspoon) curry powder<br />
500ml (2 cups) milk or cream<br />
250ml (1 cup) ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL <br />
50g margarine or butter<br />
45ml (3 tablespoons) oil<br />
<br />
Chicken Liver Stew:<br />
1 onion, chopped<br />
2 cloves garlic, crushed<br />
Add KOO mixed vegetables<br />
5ml (1 teaspoon) cayenne pepper<br />
750g chicken livers<br />
salt and pepper to taste<br />
250ml (1 cup) beef stock<br />
2 sachets (40g) ALL GOLD tomato paste<br />
30ml (2 tablespoons) chopped fresh parsley<br />
<br />
Method Chicken Liver Stew<br />
1.	In a pan, heat oil and lightly fry chicken livers until brown, remove and keep warm. In the same pan, fry onions and garlic until soft, add paprika, cook for 2 minutes.<br />
2.	Return the livers to the pan, season with salt and pepper. <br />
3.	Add KOO mixed vegetables. First drain liquid and save it to add to stew, combine liquid from can with beef stock to make up to 2 cups and add to pan.<br />
4.	Add ALL GOLD tomato paste, cover with a lid and simmer for another 20 minutes. Add herbs and simmer for another 5 minutes.<br />
Method Creamy Pap<br />
5.	While chicken livers are cooking, make creamy pap; bring water to the boil, add salt and curry powder. Mix cold milk and ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL to form a paste. Add to the boiling water, add margarine. Stir with a whisk until smooth, cover and cook over gentle heat, stirring frequently to make sure there are no lumps.<br />
6.	Spoon creamy pap into individual serving bowls and ladle chicken liver stew over the creamy pap. <br />

250ml (1 cup) milk<br />
500ml (2 cups) water<br />
10ml (2 teaspoons) chicken stock powder<br />
250ml (1 cup) ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL <br />
30ml (2 tablespoons) finely chopped parsley<br />
2 eggs beaten<br />
250ml (1 cup) dry bread crumbs<br />
200g mature cheddar cheese, cut into small blocks<br />
Oil for deep frying<br />

Method:<br />
1.	Bring water, milk and chicken stock powder to a boil. Slowly whisk in the ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL. Turn heat to low, continue whisking for 5 minutes or until pap is smooth and creamy. Add chopped parsley and stir well.<br />
2.	Transfer into a bowl and allow to cool. When completely cool, take a handful of pap, flatten it in the palm of your hand, place a block of cheddar cheese in the centre and form the pap around the cheese to the size of a golf ball.<br />
3.	Dip balls into beaten egg and then into bread crumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.<br />
4.	Serve immediately with a tomato and onion gravy or any sauce of your liking.<br />

4.	To make dumplings: Rub margarine into Golden Cloud self-raising flour and Ace super maize meal until it resembles bread crumbs, add herbs and enough water to form a stiff dough.<br />
5.	 Divide into 8 dumplings, drop dumplings into stew about 30 minutes before end of cooking time. Cover and cook until fluffy and cooked. 		<title>ISIJINGI (Pumpkin Pap)</title>

10 pumpkin slices, peeled (clarify on how many pumpkins how will people by pumpkin)<br />
3ml ( ½ teaspoon) salt<br />
10ml ( 2 teaspoons) sugar<br />
3ml ( ½ teaspoon) cinnamon <br />
250ml (1 cup) cold water<br />
500ml (2 cups) hot water<br />
120g (1 cup) ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL<br />
50g margarine or butter<br />

Method:<br />
1.	Chop the pumpkin slices into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and sugar.<br />
2.	Add cold water into a saucepan, cook pumpkin until soft. Mash the pumpkin and add the hot water.<br />
3.	Bring to a boil, add ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL, stir until well mixed. Cover saucepan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br />
4.	Add butter and mix through. Serve hot or cold as it makes a nutritious and affordable meal on its own. <br />
<br />
Variations:<br />
•	For a different taste sensation, you can make it in 2 other ways by mix in one of the following in the place of pumpkin: spinach or cooked butter beans or sugar beans.<br />

10 pumpkin slices, peeled (clarify on how many pumpkins how will people by pumpkin)
3ml ( ½ teaspoon) salt
10ml ( 2 teaspoons) sugar
3ml ( ½ teaspoon) cinnamon 
250ml (1 cup) cold water
500ml (2 cups) hot water
120g (1 cup) ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL
50g margarine or butter

Method:
1.	Chop the pumpkin slices into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
2.	Add cold water into a saucepan, cook pumpkin until soft. Mash the pumpkin and add the hot water.
3.	Bring to a boil, add ACE SUPER MAIZE MEAL, stir until well mixed. Cover saucepan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.	Add butter and mix through. Serve hot or cold as it makes a nutritious and affordable meal on its own. 

Variations:
•	For a different taste sensation, you can make it in 2 other ways by mix in one of the following in the place of pumpkin: spinach or cooked butter beans or sugar beans.
•	Also, you can replace Super Maize Meal with recently launched ACE Plus Fibre, it is the Same Pap with added goodness of Fibre and aids in digestion.]]></itunes:summary>

1 green pepper, chopped<br />
1 red pepper, chopped<br />
60ml (4 tbsp) curry paste<br />
10ml (2 tsp) turmeric<br />
Salt and cayenne pepper, to taste<br />
1 can (410g) ALL GOLD Diced Tomatoes<br />
1 can (410g) KOO Beans<br />
125ml (½ cup) chicken stock<br />
Fresh coriander chopped<br />

1. Bring water to boil in pot, Place ACE QUICK COOK SAMP, turn down heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes until Samp is soft. Drain excess liquid if any.<br />
2. Heat oil and fry onion and garlic until soft and translucent.<br />
3. Add chillies, peppers, curry paste and turmeric, stir to mix and fry for 5 minutes.<br />
4. Add the tomatoes and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.<br />
5. Add stock, simmer until thick and saucy. Stir in cooked Samp and fresh coriander, heat through for 10 minutes.<br />
