On both occasions, I scheduled a podcast episode for a future date. Later, I needed to update the audio, so I deleted or archived the scheduled draft, as there was no option to replace the audio within the existing post. I then re-uploaded the episode with the correct audio. However, despite deleting or archiving the original draft, both the original and updated versions were published on the scheduled release date.
This happened again this morning with Legal Luminaries on the Jacaranda’s JacPod, resulting in two versions of the same episode going live—including the one that was meant to be removed. As the original version contained content that needed urgent revision, this has caused some challenges.
I’d appreciate it if your team could look into this and see if the issue can be replicated. Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side.
